I use Pirateship's 2 per sheet option to print USPS labels via PDF, so I ordered 4x6 labels from Online. The stickers are great, but the print position still does not line up, and you cannot adjust it on Pirateship. Therefore, my workaround has been to copy a screenshot of the label and paste it into a blank 4x6 doc template and position it there. Quite a pain that seems unnecessary! Any suggestions?

Thanks for your inquiry. It sounds like you may have purchased our product OL145, which isn't listed as compatible with the Pirate Ship software. We do offer five different sheet configurations that have been tested with Pirate Ship and should provide you with better compatibility. Hey Josh, Aargh! I did not see that section when I ordered. I've been using them, so no sending back. BUT, I did just order other labels today- any way to included samples of the OL1499 with my order??

I was able to locate your order in our system but it was already shipped out this morning. I'll be happy to have samples sent separately, and we'll get those shipped out for you today as well. If you have any questions upon receiving the samples please just let us know.
