I'm glad to hear you were able to find a solution for removing the borders from the Word template on your Mac and appreciate you sharing your suggestion!

I know this works for Word docs. It should work with any template that uses tables. It's a bit of a work around but it beats deleting each border individually. Before printing, ctrl A (to select all). Again, holding ctrl A buttons down single click on outside border of the template on the left hand side, but do not release the mouse button. This keeps all of the borders selected and not the text. While continuing to hold the mouse button down, release ctrl A buttons. You can then release mouse button and hit delete button.

It is possible to manually delete the label outlines before printing your labels. Once you've finished designing your labels click to the left of the word document, just outside of the page. You should see every label outline highlighted at the same time. One they're highlighted, simply press the delete key on your keyboard. All of your text and artwork should still be present but the outlines will be deleted, allowing you to print your document without the visible outlines.

This worked perfect. Is there an easy way to replace the outlines?

You can save a blank copy of the MS Word template before removing the template outlines. That way, if you need to start a new design later, you’ll still have the original template with the outlines in place.

If you’re looking to add the outlines back onto a template after you’ve already designed it, could you clarify what your intention? Knowing your goal will help us suggest the best approach.
